Integration with Popular Tools Announced
HourSquare will seamlessly integrate with the productivity tools you already use, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and more.
One of the most consistent pieces of feedback we have received during HourSquare's design phase is that an HR platform should never become another silo. The tools your team already uses — chat, calendar, project tracking, accounting — already hold a lot of the work signal that HR systems traditionally have to re-collect manually. We are building HourSquare with native integrations from day one.
The integration roadmap
HourSquare will support direct, two-way integrations with the platforms your team is most likely to live in:
- Slack and Microsoft Teams for time-off requests, approvals, and the AI weekly brief
- Jira and Azure DevOps for project context against time tracking
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 calendar sync so leave and out-of-office flow into the same view your team already checks
- Salesforce and HubSpot for sales-team capacity and commission tracking
- QuickBooks and Xero for journal-line exports and payroll reconciliation
Our API-first architecture also means custom integrations are practical for any team comfortable with REST and OAuth 2.0. The full integration list will live on the features page as each connector ships.
We are not trying to replace your stack. HourSquare is the connective tissue between the systems that already work — see the alternatives comparison for how this differs from monolithic HR suites.
