Not in the live product today. AI HR features — plain-English weekly briefs, natural-language Q&A on workforce data, predictive risk scoring — are on the post-beta roadmap, planned for after the 2026 beta closes. Today the analytics surface is the reports hub, customizable dashboards, and compliance audit logs — non-AI but covering the same core questions (turnover, headcount, leave, time, payroll trends). When AI features ship, they will be layered on top of this existing analytics layer rather than replacing it.

CSV and XLSX export for any report. AI summarization on top of these reports is on the roadmap.
