Today the analytics are the reports hub, the role-based dashboards and the compliance audit reports — no AI, but they answer the core questions on turnover, headcount, leave, time and pay.

Reports on headcount and turnover, leave balances and accrual, time tracking and overtime, pay, and compliance audits, including who viewed sensitive data. Filter by period and, where it applies, by department, and export to CSV or Excel. AI summaries of these reports are on the roadmap.

HourSquare is built for GDPR. It is hosted in the EU; traffic is encrypted in transit and the most sensitive fields, such as bank details and ID numbers, are also encrypted in the database. Access to sensitive data and changes to employee records are audit-logged, and you can export or erase a person's data yourself. The Speak up channel stores reports without the reporter's name or account. Our Data Processing Agreement is published at /dpa.
