What ships today
Reports and dashboards you can use this afternoon.
No warehouse, no export-and-pivot. Reports read the same record HR edits, so the numbers match what the modules show.
Role-based dashboards
Employees, managers and admins each get a dashboard of widgets for what they need to act on.
Exports
Take a report out as a CSV or Excel file for the board or your accountant.
Audit log
Changes to employee records and company settings, and every look at sensitive data, are recorded with who did it and when.

Plain-language summaries

Type a question about your own data and get an answer drawn from the same reports, with the query shown.
How we will build it
Opt-in per company, off by default — nothing runs on your data until you turn it on. Sensitive fields such as pay and health-related leave are excluded unless you include them. Every sentence links to the number it came from. If there is no number, there is no sentence.
No release dates promised. When a roadmap item ships, this page will say so.

Pricing is the same story for every module: HourSquare is free for now, and we'll tell you before anything changes.
Where does our data go?
Your HourSquare data is hosted in the EU. AI features are not live. When they arrive they will be opt-in per company, and the language-model provider they would use is already listed, with its location, in our Data Processing Agreement.
