Inside the HR platform we don't sell modules separately — every HR feature ships in one bundle, every team size. Adjacent products that sit outside the HR scope (recruiting / ATS / job postings) will live on their own and are not part of this all-included promise.
What this doesn't cover: recruiting, applicant tracking (ATS), job-postings and the hiring funnel sit outside the HR platform. Those adjacent products will be sold separately when they ship — they aren't part of the all-included promise above.

What does "beta-free for everyone" mean exactly?expand_more
Until December 31, 2026, every plan tier, every feature, and every team size is free. There's no card requirement, no trial countdown, and no usage-based charges. We're using the beta period to harden the product, fold in early-customer feedback, and finalize launch pricing — and we'd rather you pay nothing while we do that.
What happens after the beta ends?expand_more
On January 1, 2027, we exit beta with a published pricing structure. Teams up to 10 employees stay on the permanent free tier with the full feature set — same as today, no card, no expiry. Teams above 10 will see paid plans, but we'll give every beta user at least 60 days notice and a grandfathered transition window.
Will my data carry over to a paid plan?expand_more
Yes — your tenant, your employees, your settings, your historical records all carry over without migration. If your team grows past 10 during beta, nothing changes. If you decide HourSquare isn't the right fit after the beta ends, you can export everything as CSV.
Is there a team-size limit during beta?expand_more
No upper limit. We've designed the platform to scale comfortably from 5 employees to 200+, and the beta is open to teams of any size. Larger teams that want a guided rollout — talk to us, we'll help.
What payment methods will you accept after the beta?expand_more
We're still finalizing the payment stack — Stripe doesn't operate in Georgia, so we're picking between regional processors (Payze, Bank of Georgia, TBC) and Georgia-compatible international gateways (Paddle, 2Checkout). For larger teams we'll support bank transfer and invoice-based annual billing. Pricing will be displayed in GEL and EUR; USD available on request.
